Whenever a song cannot be definitely identified, it is usually noted as such in the comments. Many of these songs are assumed to be covers, but without hearing them I can't say for sure.
Notes Regarding the '70s: Bill Gallagher recently submitted a long list of '70s concert dates from Bay Area Music magazine (BAM). In most cases, it is unknown whether these shows actually took place. In addition, there were a number of Comfort dates that may or may not have included Hunter. Those dates will be listed seperately at a later date.

During the 8/8 show, Hunter runs down the tour up till that point. "About two weeks ago I took a airplane to Kansas City, Missouri. I played a gig there and then I flew out and played somewhere else... The Lighthouse in Bethlehem Pennsylvania and then I went and played Amityville and then I had a day off and then went out...Oh, yeah I drove to Washington D.C. ... And then I drove down to DC and then I drove up to Philadelphia. Played two nights in Philadelphia at Stars and then I had two days off and I laid down, yeah I spent the two days in Asbury Park, my days off. ...and then this happened for several days and then I came down to Cape May."
